Our weekly fellowship is where ideas turn into action. Every Saturday we meet online to coordinate with refugee-led organizations, share updates, learn practical skills, and plan service activities that improve protection, dignity, and opportunities for people affected by displacement.
What we do each Saturday

Community check-in: Welcomes, wellbeing updates, and quick needs mapping.

Project updates: Shelter & housing, education, livelihoods, protection—plus volunteer calls.

Skills & learning: Short trainings (CV & job readiness, digital literacy, grant writing, leadership).

Service planning: Breakout rooms co-design distributions, referral pathways, and field visits.

Information clinic: Guest inputs (legal aid, health, safeguarding, resettlement myth-busting).

Commitments & follow-up: Who does what before next Saturday.
This week’s agenda
1) Call for meeting: club administrator Rt Liliane.
2) Round question about who is Rotarian, Why did you joined Rotary and what the benefits to be a Rotarian ask those three questions to three different people which called (Rotary Coffee Talk): Club Present Rt Alain.
3) Presentation of new members: Membership chair person Rt Rose
4) Presentation:
a. Introduction of presenter by Club Administrator,
b. Questionnaires,
to the Charter President Rt Patrick Shagaluke for at least 20 minutes.
5) Club Reports: Club President Rt Alain,
6) Concern on an all points that are related to four the club’s meeting.
7) Recommendations.
