On April 6, 2024, our volunteers and staff collected
multiple household items—mattresses, furniture, and essentials—for upcoming
distributions to refugee and migrant families. After intake, the team sorted
everything by type and utility to streamline loading and delivery.
These behind-the-scenes logistics ensure that when a family arrives, we can
respond quickly with what they need to feel at home. If you’d like to organize
a neighborhood or workplace collection, we’ll provide pickup guidance and
sorting labels.
